* Today 27/11 wrote in comments section couple of notes.
I'm not planning on deleting this post this is why I want to add this note:
When I began writing here I didn't imagine even one person would be interested in my scribbles and for many weeks didn't even occur to me to check if someone did. And when I did, and saw this blog had hundreds of visitors, I was surprised because I told no one! My goal was to write 'for my kids so one day they may know what I have been up to all those years'.
(Because) I have been laughed at - even told few years ago "you have nothing to contribute to evolution of consciousness" - I wanted to write here without looking over my shoulder and deal with nasty gaslighters.
In my original profile I wrote (only) "Student of Life". I wanted to write anonymously, this is why I chose to use made up avatar name Theofilia. . . Then was very surprised when I google-found-out this is a real name. Now that I'm on Facebook (& included link to my wall earlier), I am no longer anonymous . . .and don't wish to be! I have the right to be who I am and bear witness to what I know.
Spirit Speaks has visitors from many parts of the globe - by now well over sixty one thousand page-views (and each page has several posts). I am glad there are folks who resonate with what I share.
* Below, added link to post written in 2009.
Just looked at my post written one year ago titled Silence is Full of Answers,

Apollo Complex Decoded
Author of the 'Apollo Complex', is author of many books on human development and consciousness, Ken Wilber - this excerpt is from The Atman Project, chapter 8, p.77.
My mind was, as the Buddhists say, that of a monkey: compulsively active, obsessively motive. And there I came face to face with my own Apollo complex, the difficulty in transforming from the mental sphere to the subtle sphere (or the soul as the Christian mystics use the term) is the beginning of the transpersonal realms; as such, it is supramental, transegoic, and transverbal.
But in order to reach that sphere, one must (as in all transformation) "die" to the lower capacity (in this case mental egoic).
The failure to do so or incapacity to do so is the Apollo complex. As person with Oedipus compllex remains unconsciously attached to the body and its pleasure principle, so the person with an Apollo complex remains unconsciously attached to the mind and its reality principle. ("Reality" here means "institutional, rational, verbal reality"), which, although conventionally real enough, is nevertheless only an intermediate stage on the path to Atman; that is it is merely a description of actual Reality itself, and thus, if clung to, eventually and ultimately prevents the discovery of that actual Reality. (skip)
... as it was, I was fortunate to make some progress, to be able to eventually to rise above the fluctuations of mental contractions and discover, however initially, a real incomparably more profound, more real, more saturated with being, more open to clarity. This realm was simply that of the subtle, which is disclosed, so to speak, after weathering the Apollo complex. (...)
From the subtle, one no longer 'gets lost in thoughts'; rather, thoughts enter consciousness with smoothness, grace, and clarity.

If curious:
For in-depth teaching on 'evolving soul', take a look at how Aurobindo describes it. . . .
Will add that, I completely agree with his description of what the eternal self-Soul is, and is not. (Psychic being and authentic Soul in Sri A teaching means the same thing).
The following assertion is true to one who 'sacrificed' its lower nature to the Divine:
The supramental change can take place only if the psychic (*Soul) is awake and is made the chief support of the descending supramental power.

Moral Obligation - Divine Command
Out of countless tears
She fashined a Mighty Sword In the stillness beyond the internal dialogue
Sword of Justice compels me to report that
which the Divine Logos disclosed
Divine self-disclosure is self-validating. This type of Knowing comes on line *developmentally speaking* when one's eternal self-Soul gets plugged to (the) "I am the Field and the Knower of the Field" - as reported by the Bhavad Gita seer.
One who is not delusional, seeks individuals who write from the bhava Samadhi state/stage - in order to check/verify our contemplative conclusions with. . .
Even though Gopi Krishna's eternal self Soul has not reached its apex-point of evolution, I greately value (and quote) what he had to say with regard to mystical illuminations.
In his book titled The Real Nature of Mystical Experience, he said the following with regard to his level of Realization:
"I do not claim to be illuminated in the sense we ascribe illumination to Buddha, as I still find myself at the human level. (skip) I do not claim to be a mystic or a saint, as I am still very much entrenched in the world and have not completely risen above it".
I have been accused of 'spiritual inflation' and other silly things - not only by the scientific materialist, but by those who think they are 'enlightened'- because the subtlety of meaning contained within the written word is completely invisible to the surface mind.
Sri Aurobindo and other ascended Souls wrote extensively about their mystical experiences without apologies. Nobel prize winners in all fields publish their work without fear of being accused of 'flaunting' their brillaince. . . I feel divine Bliss and its Influence in every fiber of my being 24/7, and see with eyes open & spiritualised consciousness divine Light in the form of golden aura-field, plus a narrow ribbon of blue light next to my skin--which Sri Aurobindo said was (blue) "Krishna light" (discovered by 'fluke' in 1994-and still have that journal note), and am supposed to be ashamed of the fact I am bearing witness to something which the Divine Grace 'plugged' me into? The world's materialists must not be disturbed by the fact that God/Goddess/Spirit reality is as real as the keyboard I'm writing on? I'm supposed hide the fact that Soul Liberation is a real (at the zenith-point of Her journey through Light and Sound). Soul-literate scientists don't look to the spiritually blind for approval-verification of our contemplative conclusions. How in the world the scinetific materialist supposed know what Samadhi is/means< and what theTRUE nature of the Ineffable is/means. They can't see it this is why they tell me things like: "stop pretending you have knowledge of the inner realms" (direct quote). They think that my description of what I-Soul first time witnessed in May 2010, and described in The River of Light, is sheer lunacy http://www.spiritspeaks-theofilia.blogspot.ca/2010/05/river-of-light.html">www.spiritspeaks-theofilia.blogspot.ca/2010/05/river-of-light.html This is why I am all the more grateful to Gopi Krishna, for saying in Kundalini for the New Age:
All the great mystics who have written on the subject have given their own symptoms openly and plainly. That is the tradition. And from their descriptions, one can compare one's own condition.
What I share is not for personal gain. What I share is not the result of drug-induced hallucinations (from ingesting plant brews and other drugs) - which in some circles are hailed to be the real deal, the real 'expansion of consciousness', thing. I see grasping mind's wishful thinking - they don't, and I'm okay with that, as long as they don't claim theirs is the last word.
The last word belongs to those who know better. Gopi Krishna elaborated (and I agree)
The real meaning of "Soma" refers to the internal processes of sublimation leading to higher consciousness or Samadhi. Since soma is a Sanskrit term its interpretation should be based upon the ancient Vedic religious belief, NOT Western assumption of drug use.
There is no proof in the Vedas that actually mention any human drinking a herbal concoction; it was the Gods Indra and Agni who drank streams of this nectar and then conquered the Dragon or Serpent Vrtra (a symbol of Kundalini).
The hymns of the Vedas are symbolic allegories and shouldn't be interpreted literally, as the Vedas say directly that: "One thinks he has drunk Soma when they press the plant but the Soma the Brahmans know - no one eats that.
I shake my head at (my) lamely written posts, but also can't help but marvel at the intensity of the Evolutionary Impulse compelling me to do this.
Those of us who feel in every fiber of our being this impulse, acknowledge we are guided to become witness to the fact that at the deepest core of our being there is a oneness which drives and guides this universe towards ever-greater emergence. . .for the benefit (transformation) of all beings, for the evolution of consciousness itself in service to the Divine. Some call this force Eros, other's God's Love, etc.
I have a moral obligation to report on things that are not now, never will be acceptable to folks who refuse to acknowledge that (authentic) spiritual sciences is a legitimate profession. I didn't chose to be 'spiritual', the (transcendent) One who is awake within my mortal coil, did.
The following excerpt from Gopi Krishna's book titled, The Man of the Future, explains what types of personality traits define genuine prophet/mystic/saint/accomplished yogi/seer/sage.
We are, therefore, face to face with a mighty problem when we try to find an explanation for the mental condition of religious teachers of the highest order. We have to account for the existence of not one but four outstanding attributes of the front rank mystic minds. They are Ecstasy, Moral Elevation, Psychic Powers and Genius. This remarkable combination is confined to this class and this class alone. Otherwise we find these attributes distributed singly and in too few cases.
The combination of even two out of them in one individual is extremely rare. The man of genius may not have moral elevation, ecstatic vision or psychic gifts, a medium may not have moral stature, vision or genius, and one prone to visionary states may not have the moral armor, psychic powers or the true genius of the true mystic.
In judging the prophet, the mystic and the real saint we have to take the startling fact into consideration that he (she) is in possession of all four rare and lofty attributes, each of which, even when singly present, confer distinction on one possessing it. There is no difference except one of degree between a genuine prophet, mystic, accomplished yogi, seer and sage, and whoever out of them emerged with all these four gems glittering in his crown.

Flatland Assertions Debunked
I will preface this post by saying I would not be writing about 'debunking flatland', if my previous attempts at comment-responding to someone's essay on Frank Visser's website didn't get rejected.(integralworld.net)
David Lane, Ph.D. wrote: Tangled Phone Lines Why Dawkins Hung Up on Ken Wilber.
I was not at all surprised that happened because what I share doesn't make any sense to one, who, like his friend D. Lane is convinced that 'science must direct mysticism, not the other way around'.
To be fair, I need to say this: very often what passes for mysticism is nothing but 'peak experience' parading as enlightenment. Nature mysticism is fun! I had great many peak experiences in nature -- which is the experience of a temporary feeling of oneness with the gross realm which does not involve the causal realms--but it never occurred to me to call it what it is not.
The experience of (literal) union of the Soul with the Essence of the Absolute Supreme and all beings in the visible and invisible domains, it is not.

I am going to quote some excerpts from it. My intention is to debunk his belief that genuine mystics are delusional, debunk his notion that: "the limits of our skull are the limits of our understanding", snippet from The Mystical Dimension www.integralworld.net/lane12.html
(But) First, I want to include few snippets - in Ken Wilber's words, from: A Brief History Of Everything, p.299-300 - on what we mean by 'flatland'.
(But) First, I want to include few snippets - in Ken Wilber's words, from: A Brief History Of Everything, p.299-300 - on what we mean by 'flatland'.
"the culture gap is not our real problem. The real problem is that we are not allowed to even think about the culture gap. And we are not allowed to think about culture gap because we live in flatland. In flatland, we do not recognize degrees of consciousness and depth and value and worth. Everybody has the same depth, namely, zero.
+
+
"flatland denies the existence of the vertical dimension altogether, denies interior transformation and transcendence altogether, denies the nine or so interior stages of consciousness development that is truly part of culture's human capital, but is not even entered on the ledgers of flatland.
+
And the point is, you cannot integrate the Big Three in flatland. In flatland, they remain dissociated at best, collapsed at worst. And no system that we are aware of has ever gone limping into the future with these types of massive internal dissociation's. If these chaotic tensions do not lead to self-transcendence, they will lead to self-dissolution. Those are the two gruesome choices evolution has always offered at each vertical emergent.
*
In Lane's words few excerpts from: Tangled Lines Why Dawkins Hung Up on Wilber:
"I don't necessarily think that mystics and skeptics should depart company and go on their respective ways, but I do think that if they seriously communicate with each other something is bound to give. And what each side may have to give up is more than they might be willing to concede! For example, take a mystic in the Sant Mat tradition, such as late Kripal Singh (who Ken Wilber once cited as the "unsurpassed master of subtle realm"), who practiced and ancient yogic technique known as shabd yoga wherein one listens to a divine inner sound which reportedly transports the soul into higher regions of bliss beyond the body and the mind. The theological framework undergirding much of Kripal Singh's practice (which dates back centuries through such practitioners as Tulsi Sahib, Kabir, and Guru Nanak) states emphatically that the inner shabd (or inner sound) is not physical or brain produced but is rather divine melody that transcends all physics and the universe.
But what happens if in studying this phenomenon from a neurological point of view the Sant Mat mystic discovers that such "sacred" music is tinnitus, which may be caused by earwax built up, or nasal allergies, or lower levels serotonin, or any host of physically related ailments. Does this sort information change the numinous encounter or its interpretation?
(* I never suffered from such ailments*)
(* I never suffered from such ailments*)
Are religious movements, predicated on shabd yoga practice, such as Radhasoami, the Divine Light Mission, Eckankar, Quan Yin, MSIA, etc., going to accept such a reductionistic explanation of what erstwhile was regarded as a direct pathway to God-Realization?
I think not. Why? Because the very basis of the practice is centered on the notion that it is a spiritual endeavor and not merely a cranial one.
(*I practiced not at all, never heard of shabd yoga, still it happened to me*)
I think not. Why? Because the very basis of the practice is centered on the notion that it is a spiritual endeavor and not merely a cranial one.
(*I practiced not at all, never heard of shabd yoga, still it happened to me*)
In other words, if a mystic is serious about studying the subject scientifically it means that he or she may have to radically revise their understanding and prior theological dogmas about what is actually happening when they undergo a transformation of consciousness.
The scientific study of mysticism may replace some deeply cherished ideas. Some which maybe so cherished that their very elimination will be too heavy a price for some.
(* You will never acknowledge your ignorance because it would be too heavy a price to pay for your ego*)
I think there is a reason Ken Wilber and Richard Dawkins don't talk. Or, if they do, why Richard Dawkins would have to hang up on Wilber.
(* Dawkins thinks that mystical revelation is "the enemy of truth" - so yeah he would have to hang up on Wilber*)
Ken Wilber *author of many books on human development and consciousness* still wants to believe in mystic "goo". He wants a cosmic feeling good story, even if his flowery description of the same doesn't have even an ounce of scientific credibility. (...)
Wilber wants us to believe in fairy tales, even if dressed up in pseudo-scientific jargon (....)
Dawkins on the other hand wants us to finally grow up and admit what we have secretly thought for a long time. We were wrong about the gods and we were wrong about ourselves. Yes, mysticism can indeed be studied, but I think we might be a little shocked to see how different it looks when we take off its mystic garb."
quoted from: integralworld.net/lane8.html

Final thought for those who think that Soul-level revelations and our contemplative conclusions is the product of delusional mind:
Because your eternal self Soul's awakened awareness is not yet on line - developmentally speaking *which is not same as 'spiritual intelligence' = the result of text-reading/discussion* - you are not qualified to pass judgments on those of us who know better. . .One's awakened inner Divinity / the eternal Avatar knows better. . . this is why I say:
Divine Revelation is the communication of the Divine from the source of its Nature within the awakened Inner Being/Ascended Soul.
I didn't study and practiced anything. I didn't know about 'Shabd Yoga', still I bear witness to what Kabir said, because it happened to me. I therefore can call myself Shabd Master.
This Yoga names many types of inner Sounds - such as thunder, waterfall, kettle drums, bee, Flute and more - and I second that because I experienced same, including 'Krishna's Flute' Sound.
In www.spiritspeaks-theofilia.blogspot.ca/2009/06/on-rapture-musings.html I share experiences which can't be explained away by saying, 'such a thing can be explained by brain chemistry.'
I had unsolicited Kundalini awakening and She opened my ears and eyes to spiritual dimensions.

And I have proof . I have a record of talking about mysterious, several notes long 'cosmic chant' in several posts, that lasted about 2 years. I still hear the ever-present extremely subtle/causal vibrations of the undifferentiated Light within and outside my being. This experience served as a necessary step leading towards ever-higher Celestial Absorption (poetically speaking). I might have not mentioned this directly, but careful reading of what I share points to the fact that on this path, Kundalini involves the brain, central nervous system, subtle chakra system and the reproductive system.

Quantum physics deals with the abstract, symbolic analysis of the physical world-space, time, matter, and energy--even down to the subtlest level, the quantum vacuum. Mysticism deals with the direct apprehension of the transcendent Source of all things. +
We should suspect an intent to reduce God to a system of differential equations. That fiasco at any rate must be avoided. However much the ramification of physics may be extended by further science, they cannot from their very nature (impinge upon) the background in which they have their being.

Soul Science Musings
25/01/2010 Edit-adding link to sister blog On Rapture Musings

Earlier this year I chanced upon very interesting (but definitely not yet 'the last word' on the nature of Reality in all its aspects) information discovered by Lashlo Kortvelyessy -- his claim that Beam is the 5th state of matter. Speculates, "Very probably, no more than six states of matter are possible. In the last two states of matter, no thermal energy exists (*skipping math formula bc I don't know how to do it properly). In the Bose-Einstein condensate no thermal but only very-very low quantum mechanical energy (skip) exists, in the fifth state of matter a very high velocity in only one direction exists and a very high electric energy in form of ions or electrons" +
"The fifth state of matter is the most energetic one because another state of matter (formula) is not possible. One of the states of matter is the Bose-Einstein condensate. It has zero thermal-energy. We should give the number zero to it. Its popular name for the fifth state of matter is clearly incorrect since heated plasma will never be transformed to this Bose-Einstein condensate (formula). + "Nobody has emphasized, but this supposed Magnetic Universe was always thought to be based on a certain Electric Universe in background. Electric Universe clearly acts via filaments. No mysteries anymore, only physics are necessary." Source www.5th-state-of-matter.info/5th-state.html#5ukrk
Only a fraction of the universe is visible/atomic, this is why most of the universe can't be scientifically/mathematically explained.
Quantum Mechanics can explain certain aspects of reality but not the whole enchilada, since
quantum fields, particles and space-time, are cognitive extensions of one's perceptions.
In words of the American philosopher Ken Wilber, excerpt from Kosmos G, confirmation on what every genuine mystic asserts:
"Precisely because the quantum potential is not actually a radically formless or nondual domain, it cannot serve as anything resembling a genuine spiritual reality, but rather is simply one aspect of a manifest realm that itself has qualities and quantities. . .+ The wisdom traditions are in strong and viirtually unanimous agreement on this point. + What the quantum mechanics formalisms are catching is a brief glipmse of -- in a merely third-person, abstract, mathematical form -- is the staggering power of etheric-astral energy, out of which, as a sedimentation and crystalization, the entire gross material world arises. + Spirit potential is not Spirit but Prana!" source" www.Kenwilber.com/Writings/PDF?ExcerptG_KOSMOS_2004.pdf
Spirit science explores Reality from the invisible to the eye of mind and its methods, perspective. We assert that, Spirit/Eros/Great Cosmic Power/ Divine Bliss and its evolutionary drive creates and sustains the universe. . .
Sri Aurobindo's cosmology includes the realized in the supramental plane, 'Supreme Satchichidananda which is above all and impartially supports everything'. . .
But, to "live consciously in the supreme Sachichidananda one must pass through the Supermind."
Adds: "The full dynamic truth of Sachichidananda and the universe and its consequence cannot be grasped by any other consciousness than the Supermind, because the instrumentation in all other planes is inferior and there is therefore a disparity between the fullness of the static experience and the incompleteness of the dynamic power, knowledge, result of the inferior light and power of other planes." intyoga.online.fr/ppb2.htm
At the zenith-point of one's Soul's evolution - grounded in multidimensional evolution into wholeness and transcendence - the She whose veil no mortal has lifted, achieves permanent Union with the Essence of the Absolute Supreme, knows this Truth directly: I I feel and hear in every fiber of my being the ever-present bliss-vibration/spin and its never-ceasing Erotic Potency's Ananda Essence flow from the Crown chakra into world's hologram via subtle planes. . .I see (with spiritualized consciousness) its influence in a form of light aura-field around my head/body. In this state, the individual attains the ability to perceive reality as Infinite all-knowing Consciousness.
* I discovered 'by fluke' my Light aura-field in 1994.
Modern science is not capable of measuring Divine Essence / one's fully ascended Soul's Nectar of Immortality.
I have yet to read anywhere that 'Divine Bliss' has been discovered and measured/explained by the eye of mind and its 'narrow science' methods.
Soul physics' perspective on why matter is more than material can be captured with this phrase:
Atom's heart is ablaze with Divine Essence. It is all material and it is all transcendent.
24/1/2020 Edit-adding Aurobindo's brilliantly penned poem titled,
ELECTRON
The electron on which forms and world's are built,
Leaped into being, a particle of God.
A spark from the eternal Energy split.
It is the Infinities blind mute abode.
In that small flaming chariot Shiva rides.
The One devised innumerably to be;
His oneness in invisible forms he hides,
Times tiny temples of eternity.
Atom and molecule in their unseen plan
Buttress an edifice of strange oneness,
Crystal and plant, insect and beast and man.
Man on whom the World-Unity shall seize,
Widening his soul-spark to an epiphany
Of the timeless vastness of Infinity.
I always look to my (spiritual) community of the adequate for verification of my Depth data's contemplative conclusions. Today I want to include the following verse attributed to writer of the Dead Sea scrolls:
I have reached the inner vision through Thy Spirit in me
I have heard Thy Wondrous secret, through Thy mystic insight
Thou has caused a spring of knowledge to well within me
a fountain of power, pouring forth living waters
A flood of love and all embracing wisdom
Like the splendour of eternal light.
If that person was alive still, I would have liked to compare notes with. . . I would like to confirm for her/him the validity of their claim by sharing how I came to know the 'splendour of...' etc.. Real or Fantasy-Constructions
I became active in one Facebook group - and it has been challenging.
Yesterday one member insisted that what I share is nothing more but a delusional fantasy--quote, "nothing but stories that you tell yourself."
I assured him that what I share was never meant for him to see. I said this, because I know that: "A person who has reached a later stage can understand earlier world-views, but a person at an earlier stage cannot understand the later ones", in Susanne Cook-Greuter words.
He made many nonsensical comments and in his last attempt to discredit me (yesterday) he posted a link to an article on "New Age Bullshit".
He feels it is his duty to protect the membership from my "bullshit."
Today, I responded to his indirectly pointing finger in my direction, the following accusation:
We are free because there is no transcendent law (skip) But to protect ourselves from this insight we build various fantasy-construction of the ground of freedom (God, Nature, Consciousness, Being) as defensive mechanisms.
This is what I wrote in response:
Perchance, instead of the names you used (God, etc.) the term 'Lords Love' might be more palpable to someone like you? St Catherine of Genoa - 15th century Christian mystic - described how she "received" in her heart "the wound of the unmeasured Love of God", which shook her very core of being. . .after which she exclaimed: 'O Love, can it be that thou has called me with so great a love, and made me know in one instant that which words cannot express?'
She is one among many other mystics who discovered within their innermost sanctuary (eternal self-Soul) that 'God is Love'. This type of experience is not hallucination. . .I know this because this happened to me.
Gopi Krishna - 20th century mystic and philosopher - described what happened to him:
It was in my thirty fourth year, seventeen years after starting meditation, that I had my first experience of transcendental consciousness. It was in the winter, about the time of Christmas. I was meditating early in the morning when suddenly I found something giving way as if a new aperture had opened, and I felt an energy rising up my spinal cord. At first I was terrified, and my attention went to the sensation caused by the energy.
* I had same experience, minus being 'terrified'.
At that moment the vision ceased. Then I again concentrated, and ultimately I managed to keep my attention focused at the crown of my head, while the energy rose upward, through the spinal cord, to the neck and then into my head. I then suddenly found that a stream of silvery light was pouring into my brain.
* I had similar 'silver light' (multiple) experiences.
There was a sound like thunder or like a waterfall in my ear, and it grew louder and louder. At the same time, I began to expand.
* I had same experience in 1994ish, and named it, Thundering Combustion Experience. It was a full-blown out of mortal body experience. I thought the force of this Energy would kill me which compelled me to utter "God be with me!"
I cannot describe exactly what I mean by this, but it seemed that my consciousness was now gaining a wider and wider space, and I was leaving my body behind and projecting myself, spreading myself, all around in the universe. My body grew dimmer and dimmer, and I could hardly hear any noises coming from the street. I remained totally engrossed in the vision that was now unfolding before me. It was the vision of a silvery luster, alive, living, vibrant with life, conscious and spread all around me. The small self that was "I" seemed to become like a point of awareness, watching this great personality that had now developed and seemed to encompass the whole universe.
I was like a small cork floating in an ocean of consciousness, aware of the whole surface surface at every point of the compass. I felt myself expanding more and more, and this expansion was attended by a happiness that is not possible to describe.
* End of quote*
In my response to him I didn't mention that my sensation of 'spreading everywhere' felt like I was (literally) endlessly flowing out of my crown chakra - this is also why I have been known to say "my chakra system/nervous system uncoiled to infinity". I described this particular experience in Spirit Speaks in post titled The River of Light - in May 2010.
Embodied mysticism is a rare thing. . .and when that happens we see the Many through the eyes of the One. It is because of these types of experiences I have the ability to give Shaktipat transmission (trans-mental experience of non-duality).
Example: During hands-on Energy balancing one student pleaded from that deep under state, "Hold me, I'm scared". I asked why she's scared and she said, "I'm so small". After the session she told me she was terrified because she was 'just a speck in black vastness'.
When that happened to me first time, I (literally) felt a 'shift' sensation in my brain. . .the immensity of this Conscious Intelligence startled me, but by then I had even more intense experiences, and was able to remain conscious.
The Tibetan Book of the Dead (translated by A.E. Thurman) has the following description of this 'blackness' (I named poetically The Womb of Creation in some posts).
In the seventh dissolution (death), the stage of imminence, the two drops meet at the heart and enclose the consciousness; one perceives the sky full of bright dark-light, or pure darkness, and then one looses consciousness....
"A voyager into the soul" -- Thurman's term for same as "psychonaut." I like it! In his words description of what it signifies.
A "voyager into the soul," an apt term for the Buddhist adept, who voluntarily abandons the pseudo-security of this planet of delusion, with its solid ground of ordinary, individuated suffering, to launch herself through the death-dissolutions into the subtle between-states to deepen her wisdom by exploring the unconscious and to expand her compassionate heroism by serving universes of beings on the subtle level, and then returns to the ordinary embodiment of the adept to assist her contemporaries.
*
If curious, including link to post titled 'Divine, You Report From the Divine' - which describes what some of the 'voyaging into the soul' experiences were like for me.

Spiritual Evolution Beyond Nirvana
One who is interested in Enlightenment grounded in multidimensional evolution into wholeness and transcendence - as revealed by the eternal self-Soul - will find the excerpts penned by brilliant minds interesting. The subtlety of meaning couched within these words will resonate with one who is committed to developing their spiritual intelligence.
But first, a reflection (from the eternal self-Soul perspective) on the nature of Enlightenment that includes but transcends Nirvana. Spirit Speaks chronicles the many phases of what needs to 'happen' before one attains the apex-point of Soul's evolution, as well as descriptions of experiences that lead to the 'final Samadhi'-- a stage where one realizes that Nirvana is a necessary, but not the final stage-Realization (in all its aspects). The final stage includes Grace-given descents of Divine Peace-Bliss-Force/Power . . .These Initiations guide the process of inner transformation and can, in some cases, lead to a (permanent) state of Union of the non-biological Soul with the transcendent Beloved. (Because) This 'happened' to me, I have the authority to assert, 'the actual state of Soul Liberation - or the last Samadhi - is Nirvana and full Enlightenment'. . .
One who attains the Last Stage of Coronation into Omniscience in all its aspects is the holder of a Legacy of Eternal Value.
We look to those who are qualifed (communal affirmation) for affirmation. Kyabje Bokar Rinpoche asserts thus:
"Absolute Truth is not an object of analytical discourse or great discriminating wisdom. It is realized through the blessing of the Guru and fortunate Karmic potential. Like this mistaken ideas of discriminating wisdom are clarified."
These following passages are from book penned by Ken Wilber *author of many books on human development and consciousness* titled, One Taste.
Well, anybody can say, 'All things are One,' 'All sentient beings posess Spirit,' 'All things are part of a great unified Web of Life,' or 'Subject and object are nundual.' Anybody can say those things. The question is, do you directly and actually realize that? Are you speaking with any sort of awakened authority, or are these just words to you?
What if they are just words? What does it matter?
Well, spiritual realities involve not merely statements about the objective world, but also statements of subjective facts, interior facts -- and for those statements to be true when they come out of your mouth, you must be directly in touch with those higher, interior facts, or else you are not being truthful, no matter how 'correct' the words might sound. It is the subjective state of the speaker, and not the content of the words, that determines the truth of the utterance. (...)
Most of my books are written about systems theory, Gaia, the Great Mother, ecopsychology, the new paradigm, and so on, are written with reference to the gross, waking state. You can easily tell this because they never mention any of the subtle realm phenomena -- nothing about the various meditative states, samadhis, interior illuminations, the extraordinary states of dream yoga, transcendental awareness, and so on. Nor do they mention the even higher states of causal formless. So when they claim to be 'holistic' and 'nondual,' they really aren't, not in the full sense. At best, they are at the level of nature mysticism, where consciousness is confined to union with the gross, waking state. This is fine as far as it goes, it just doesn't go very far. It is the shallowest of the spheres of mystical Oneness in the Great Nest of Spirit. (....)
So when somebody at the subtle level says 'All things are One,' they mean something different than when gross-level theorist says that. (...) Usually, when someone whose access consciousness is confined to the gross realm says 'All things are One,' they mean something like systems theory or ecopsychology -- they mean all empirical phenomena are aspects of a unified process. But when someone also has access to subtle-realm consciousness, they mean all empirical and all subtle phenomena are aspects of a unified process. This is much deeper and wider realization, which transcends and includes the gross realm.
So their consciousness is actually stronger.?
In a sense, yes. Their awareness does not blank out at the threshold of the dream state. Because of their own development and evolution of consciousness, they can remain 'awake' even as the dream arises -- or they can enter profound states of savikalpa samadhi and not go blank. And this 'strength' of consciousness becomes even greater at the causal stage of development, because you reach a type of 'constant consciousness' or 'constant witnessing capacity,' which means you are 'awake' or conscious through all three major states -- waking, dreaming, and deep sleep. So consciousness becomes stronger and stronger, persisting through more and more changes of state, and this is reflected unmistakably in your life, your work, your theorizing, and so on. These signs are hard to miss. (...)
At the subtle stage you have access to a variety of forms of deity mysticism -- interior illuminations, nada, shabd, various samadhis or meditative states, saguna Brahman (Deity with Form), prayer of the heart, dream yoga, most of the bardo realms, and so on. This is the subtle realm of deity mysticism. Because the subtle-soul transcends but includes the gross-sensorimotor realm, at the level of deity mysticism you also have access to nature mysticism, so those are not exclusive. But the lower nature mystics tend to think you're nuts.
And the causal. . .
Is the home of formless mysticism -- pure Emptiness, the Abyss, the Unborn, ayn, nirdoh, nirvikalpa, jnana samadhi, classical Nirvana or cessation. This experience (or 'nonexperience') of cessation is unmistakable and indelible. And when somebody has directly experienced that state, and they are writing books spiritual books, believe me, they will write about that! And you will intuitively feel that they know what they're talking about. (....)
Once you push through causal formlessness -- which is the home of the pure Witness -- then the Witness itself collapses into everything that is witnessed through all three states.
*
To truly understand what Soul-level Liberation means/is about, one has to be Initiated (on the Energy level) to a much deeper Mystery, before one discovers what it means to be One with all beings in the visible and invisible domains, and what True Union of the Soul with the Essence of the Absolute Supreme, means/is like.
Aurobidno's words highlight what needs to happen before one reaches this stage.
"By "void" is meant emptiness clear of all content except existence pure and simple. Without that one cannot realise the silent Brahman. + The silence still remains, but if you become full of force, light, Ananda, knowledge etc., you cannot call yourself blank any longer.
In addition: The following explanation on mechanism of descent, is something - as far as I know - no one else has written about. . . and, I second that, because this happened to me and in this blog describe many types of Soul-level Initiations.
The Descent of Peace (Sat) the descent of Force of Power (Chit) the descent of Ananda, these are the things that transform nature. It is not really the plane that descends, it is the Power and Truth of it that descends into the veil between the material and it no longer exists.
+
Divine condition descends from above, is given by the Divine. (...) The higher spiritual planes create their own formulations in the subliminal in the depths within us. (but) To know them, the Supermind must descend into us.
- Aurobindo's qoutes from intyoga.online.fr
Thousands of years of cross-cultural support from contemplative mystics/scientists bear witness to the fact that genuine Enlightenment is not 'personal' . . . it is for the benefit of all beings in the visible and invisible realms, for the benefit of evolution of consciousness itself.
Edit-expanded:
I have written about 'Cosmic Tonglen Duty' in various posts, this is why don't feel the need to bring it up constantly -- even though this is the context within which much of what I write about arises (on the energy level). So briefly - without going into details of the hows' and whys' of it - I want to add the following reflection. . .
One cannot know what the 'beyond nirvana' truly (literally) means, unless one's Soul-Force (Universal Body) is on 'Cosmic Tonglen Duty'. This happens when one's nervous system (all chakras) uncoils to infinity. . . this is why I don't expect many folks to embrace the meaning within the words I write with full acceptance.
Maybe, if I were a male, it would have been a different story.
Then again:
This blog has visitors from South Korea, China, and other lands, and I marvel. . .
Blessings to one and all brave souls that stop by here! 💗

She is Solitary
Ultimate Transcendence is beyond one's individual existence. . .
This (Divine Vision) theme, runs through all my writings. Divine Vision means direct acquaintance with (first-hand perception) and perfect understanding of, the universal Energy in all the realms of creation as an actual experience, as opposed to 'cognitive understanding' by looking at a consciousness model.
Even though in this lifetime I was destined to become a 'housholder', Kundalini Shakti made me aware that my Soul's virtual memories are grounded in Yogic tradition. Yogic traditions explain the mysterious Kundalini Force as that which liberates the Soul from its lower body. Because this happened to me, I realized it is the same Source-power which creates the universe and knows itself to be the 'Creator'.
I learned that it takes a fully active Kundalini to transform our entire being by burning up all our karmas, unfold the psychic powers (Divine Siddhis), fill us with permanent bliss and reveal the essence of our being to be divine. This happened to me - even though I didn't strive to 'achieve' anything - because my Karma was ripe-ready for this to happen.
One's True Nature is discovered through Divine Vision when one's masculine and feminine Energies are fully integrated in the spiritualized mind-plane (which are neither dominating/controlling or passive). Now we see that we have risen above the male/female distinction due to integration of one's eternal Soul-essence with God's Essence. Here one discovers of being (also) literally one with all beings in the visible and invisible domains of existence. One who ascends to this level of spiritual wisdom has no choice but see that when someone uses alluring spiritual language but doesn't have the Depth data's contemplative conclusions - based on Soul level Initiations - to back their words, is not Enlightened in the ultimate sense.
We see that using high profile spiritual language does not evidence mystical wisdom, since 'correct knowledge' is different from liberating insight - liberating insight, grounded in multidimensional evolution into wholeness and transcendence due to having undergone many types of Soul-level Initiations.
Some think that sharing my mystical experiences is a sign of "self-glorification" - and they do that, because their ego-mind can't accept there are universal truth's which are higher/more inclusive then their view of reality.
Gopi Krishna has my back - his discourse on: Signs and Characteristics of Enlightenment for Investigation, includes the following:
The illumined person must be able to write what he has experienced and make that writing available to the world. (...) Therefore, no one can describe the superconscious state unless one has the experience of it. This is the most decisive sign to judge whether a man is enlightened or not. He must be able to give description of the superconscious state in words which are inspiring and which have an originality of their own.
One, whose Soul-journey through transcendent Light and Sound culminates in getting plugged to the Essence of the Supreme Source, can describe in simple words what this Path without a map is like, without using concepts.
In this blog I chronicle the many types of Initiations - such as my with Kwan Yin encounter, and what transpired (just to give one example).
I am glad I have Sri Aurobindo's verifying voice on this subject, as well:
Experience is a word that covers almost all the happening in yoga; only when something gets settled, then it is no longer an experience but part of the siddhi; e.g. peace when it comes and goes is an experience - when it is settled and goes no more, it is a siddhi. Realisation is different - it is when something for which you are aspiring becomes real to you; e.g. you have the idea of the Divine in all, but it is only an idea, a belief; when you feel or see the Divine in all, it becomes a realisation.

Ascended mystics of all traditions wrote from this Kosmic address.
Each Seer discovers that manifestation is Pure Consciousness manifesting itself in ALL the different names and forms - discovers that the experience of our core Consciousness is Sat Chit Ananda (I exist, I am aware, I am Pure Bliss).
Spiritual Joy is the balanced Yin/Yang aspects within our being capable of housing 'super emotions' and it's counterpart 'super motivations'. This Energy is like the Wind beneath our 'angel' wings that carries one's Action and Compassionate Caring into the world of Form.
I had no names for what motivated my feelings during those very intense years, but at some point the High Priestess archetype (in me) compelled me to perform many ceremonial rituals - often with tear-producing intensity/sincerity, whose aim is always. . .
For the benefit of all beings!
I am describing natural surrender to the Divine Will, because by then my heart was broken open.
She/awakened Soul is the mediator of the passage into Reality's supramental Depth. This inner-Guide's serenity, clear-seeing, wisdom and high intuition, has been my Guiding Light - is everyone's Guide when one gets in touch with it.
The Power of the Divine Grace reveals the Light-Radiance of who we are in the depths of our being, becomes everyone's Guide, when one gets in touch with it and is willing to perform the Will of the one Spirit. Her only Intention is to Serve all beings in all domains of life. She doesn't crave to be seen, doesn't seek attention from others. Her Gift to humanity is deep desire to give away everything.

The Light of Truth Flows Into the World
Free From 'what's in it for me'
Permanent Samadhi state and Soul-level meeting with the Divine, is our means through which we access-See that which the surface mind can't.
Sri Aurobindo's (confirming) words from: Letters on Yoga, p.3 Experiences and Realisations intyoga.online.fr/exp_real.htm:
(Then) there are experiences that help to lead towards the realisation of things spiritual or divine or bring opening or progressions in sadhana or are support on the way - experiences of a symbolic character, visions, contacts of one kind or another with the Divine or with the workings of higher Truth, things like the waking of the Kundalini, the opening of the Chakras, messages, intuitions, openings to the inner powers, etc. *Yes*
The one thing one has to be careful about is to see that they are genuine and sincere, if one is more concern with ego and being a big yogi or being superman than meeting with the Divine or getting the consciousness which enables one to live with the Divine, then a flood of pseudo or mixtures comes in, one is led into the mazes of the intermediate zone or spins in the groves of one's own formation.
Will add that, when the meeting of Soul and the Divine is genuine it is not possible to get sucked into the vortex of self-deception and inflation - not possible to get lost in the Intermediate Zone.
*
Including couple of examples of what 'super motivations' & 'super emotions' experiences are/were like for me. Those experiences confirmed for me that my subconscious mind is not split from the surface mind.
1. Years ago I found myself standing on top of a wide peacefully flowing river's current (in the middle) . . .the instant I noticed some folks standing on river's bank, I raised my right hand and blessed their precious presence with the sign of the Holy Cross. I recall concentrating very intently on making the perfect sign of the Cross. *The Holy Cross became the container through which I poured out my heart's blessings (super intentions & motivations).
2. I found myself on a boat with several 'uncouth men'. . .without a thought of 'doing' anything at all, I found myself floating away from the boat . . . The Water's turquoise color shimmered invitingly. . . I turned towards the men and with raised hand Blessed their presence with the Master Symbol.
I have no doubt that my heart-felt 'Rituals' and their Intentions, carried over into sleep state. Example: For many months at noon (every day) I chanted certain Prayer/Blessings for the benefit of all creation and its inhabitants.

Communication of the Divine from the Source of its Nature
While ago I chanced upon Joseph Alexander's Youtube video critiquing the film titled, Zeitgeist (didn't see it) directed by Peter Joseph, who managed to: "reduce the phenomenon of religion to an ancient form of plagiary and sun worship" - and thought it might be an interesting topic for the not faint of heart.
I completely agree with Joseph's analysis based on personal supramental experiences and their contemplative conclusions because: he paints an entirely new picture of the ancient myths and religion, showing that myths not only have a biological basis, but are also doorways into the evolutionary goal of our species.
All ascended mystics shared their Depth data with the intention to inspire and uplift others in order they may aspire to reach their highest potential.
I will include several quotes from Joseph's video and include links to three of my key posts on same theme.
It is true that a large portion of mythology and religious scriptures fall into the origins category. These are narratives which recount the story of creation, either of the first humans or of primal earth - and personification of natural forces into gods. However, the most important category of mythology - and also most overlooked were ignored, is also the most obvious -- an interpretation of spiritual awakening and expansion of consciousness. This is the real secret of ancient myths.
Isis, Osiris, Horus and Seth were not just vegetation or solar gods, they were symbolic representation of the different archetypes within the human soul. Isis represented the power of transformation and the virgin birth which is a symbol of sublimated sexual energy.
These symbols are communicated from inner planes of consciousness, which seek to guide humanity on the right path in order to transform the human body into a perfect instrument of Soul expression. As if from a cosmic seed, humanity is unfolding on this planet, destined to bloom into a cosmic conscious species. The sun and solar disc are more then just symbol of our planetary star - they are both iconic images (* High Archetypes) analogous to mystical illumination expressing radiance of one who has entered into the state of Samadhi, or Cosmic Consciousness.
In the case of the god RA, the golden disc sits on top of its head. Likewise, Isis is depicted with the white moon disc on her head - these head ornaments correspond to male and female archetypal energies, and the colors experienced in meditation. This spiritual interpretation of the solar disc, as the mechanism responsible for inner illumination is more in line with the core teaching of ancient Egypt. If the solar disc is simply a sun why would it be encircled by a Serpent.
Today, the greatest tragedy is not crimes committed by the religious establishment, or the international banking system, but by the tragic ignorance of our spiritual destiny. The real solution and road to happiness have always laid in knowledge of one Self.

Emotions & Motivations
Not all Visions and mystical experiences have equal value because they come from different Mind-planes. Based on first-hand experiences, some have the power-capacity to directly plug one to the domain of Consciousness they originate from, others do not.
All values, all ranking and all judging are not equal - this is why in the court of law (for instance) the judge doesn't place behind prison bars someone for 10 years, for stealing bicycle.
Not all feelings and motivations are equal, either.
I appreciate and agree with Ken Wilber's insight, the role motivations and emotions play, when enacted from a deeper/subtler sense-awareness. I like that he used Aurobindo's model to highlight why this topic is important - why it ought to matter very much to spiritual practitioners. Not many people are aware of this, this is why I am more then glad to share what he said in: What is Enlightenment magazine - in article titled Higher Integration Bridging the Gap Between the Map & the Territory (2005):
When Aurobindo talks about intuitive mind and overmind and supermind, it's very telling that he uses the word mind. Because you can also say that there are intuitive emotions, and over-emotions, and super-emotions. The same with motivation -- there's intuitive motivation and over-motivation and super-motivation. So there are all those other lines of development that go up the hill with the mind line, or cognitive line.
But we still find that the cognitive line is usually necessary for these other lines to stick. If you don't have intuitive mind awakened, and overmind awakened, and supermind awakened, the emotions won't stick up there -- they'll come and go. And the higher motivations won't stick -- they'll come and go.
*
Some who think they are in Supermind because their mind can understand conceptually the definition of what it is, are not there. In chapter on Gnostic Being in The Life Divine, Aurobindo writes:
"...in the gnostic being the subconscient will have become conscious and subject to the supramental control, penetrated with its light and action. The body will be turned by the power of spiritual consciousness into a true and fit and perfectly responsive instrument of the Spirit. + The Supermind itself in the descending degrees of the manifestation emerges from the Ananda." (*"Ananda=Bliss of Brahman") + "... Ananda is the spiritual matrix from which it manifests and the maintaining force into which it carries back the soul in its return to the status of the Spirit. A supramental manifestation in its ascent would have as a next sequence and culmination of self-result a manifestation of the Bliss of Brahman." Quotes from: intyoga.online.fr/ld2_27.html
People who hanker after worldly status, material riches, admiration and such, are not ready to embody higher motivations and emotions. Saint-like simple folk, are another story.
The keen reader of this blog knows I saw, heard and responded to cries of the world...I was Soul-directed to become Energy Healer at a Master level, and that was only the beginning. In advanced evolution, one is ready-able to submit to the eternal self-Soul's yearning. The fully awakened She/Light Being knows by her own inherent (divine) nature, by her own Light, how to best fulfill her destiny and mission . . . how to be a conscious agent in the evolutionary process, and it takes many types of Soul-level Initiations into the greatest Mystery of all before one become God-realized.
*
This is how Aurobindo described Illumined mind, Overmind and Supermind:
1. The Illumined Mind does not work primary by thought, but by vision; thought is here only a subordinate movement expressive of sight. The human mind, which relics mainly by thought is secondary and not indispensable process. In its form of verbal thought, it can almost be described as a concession made by knowledge to the Ignorance. + Illumined Mind is the vehicle through which the Divine Light and Power come down to be transmitted to the human consciousness and from there they work and prepare the transformation of the human consciousness and even the physical nature.
2. At the source of . . . Intuition we discover a superconscient Mind in direct contact with the supramental Truth-Consciousness, an original intensity determined of all movements below it and all mental energies -- not Mind as we know it, but an overmind that covers as with the wide wings of some creative Oversoul this whole lower hemisphere its brilliant golden Lid it veils the face of the greater Truth from our sight, intervening with its flood of infinite possibilities as at once an obstacle and a Power that at once connects and divides the supreme Knowledge and the cosmic Ignorance.
3. The essential character of Supermind is a Truth-Consciousness which knows by its own inherent nature, by its own Light; it has not to arrive at knowledge but possess it. +
Supermind is an eternal reality of the divine Being and the divine Nature.

And this: in Sri Aurobindo's words on why description of the supreme spiritual level (Divine Gnosis) ought to be left to the true mystic:
"... the true knowledge and description must be left to the language of the mystic and the figures, at once more vivid and more recondite, of a direct and concrete experience." The Life Divine, chapter titled: The Ascent Towards Supermind, http://intyoga.online.fr/ld2_26.htm

Gnostic Being
Couple of days ago I read first time a passages from Sri Aurobindo's chapter in: The Life Divine titled, The Knowlegde and the Spiritual Evolution, and realized he described perfectly the relation between Supermind and Ananda. I have been talking about "Supermind and its Bliss", and the effect it has on me, but never was able to articulate its nuance . . .No wonder some say he was a "giant of consciousness."
With grateful heart I want to include excerpts - but not before I inject something I wrote in post titled Soul Level Spirituality - penned in September 2016.
You are making a great mistake to think that one who reached this (permanent) Ultimate Consummation stage/point, is interested in flaunting one's 'magnificence'. Such motive is foreign to me/us. Such notion comes from egoistic conception. What I share is the Natural Result of a very long and hard Soul-journey through space/time. This is the Communication of the Divine from the source of its Nature, that's why it feels very natural to innocently write about this. . .For the benefit of all beings, for the benefit of evolution of consciousness in Service to the Divine.
* "The spiritual man is one who has discovered his soul: he has found his self and lives in that, is conscious of it, has the joy of it; he needs nothing external for his completeness of existence.
The gnostic being starting from this new basis takes up our ignorant becoming and turns it into a luminous becoming of knowledge and a realised power of being. All therefore that is our attempt to be in Ignorance, he will fulfill in the Knowledge, all power and action of the self-force of being, all delight into universal delight of self-existence.
Attachment and bondage will fall away, because at each step and in each thing there will be the full satisfaction of self-existence, the light of existence fulfilling itself, the ecstasy of delight of existence finding itself.
Each step of evolution in the knowledge will be unfolding of this power and will of being and this joy to be, a free becoming supported by the sense of the Infinite, the bliss of Brahman, the luminous sanction of the Transcendence.
* (But) in the gnostic way of being and living the will of the Spirit must directly control and determine the movements and the law of the body. For the law of the body arises from the subconscient or inconcient: but in the gnostic being the subconscient will have become conscious and subject to the supramental control, penetrated with its light and action...
* The body will be turned by the power of spiritual consciousness into a true and fit and perfectly responsive instrument of the Spirit.
* The Supermind itself in the descending degrees of the manifestation emerges from the Ananda.
It is not, indeed, merged in the sense of being extinguished or abolished but inherent in it, indistinguishable from the self of awareness and the self-effectuating force of the Bliss of Being.
In the involutionary descent as in the evolutionary return Supermind is supported by the original Delight of Existence and carries that in it all its activities as their sustaining essence; for Consciousness, we may say, is its parent power of the Spirit, but Ananda is the spiritual matrix from which it manifests and the maintaining source into which it carries back the soul in its return to the status of the Spirit.
A supramental manifestation in its ascent would have as a next sequence and culmination of self-result a manifestation of the Bliss of the Brahman: the evolution of the being of gnosis would be followed by an evolution of the being of Bliss; an embodiment of gnostic existence would have as its consequence an embodiment of the beatific existence.
* It has been held that ecstasy is a lower and transient passage, the peace of the Supreme is the supreme realisation, the consummate abiding experience. This may be true on the spiritual-mind plane: there the first ecstasy felt is indeed a spiritual rapture, but it can be and is very usually mingled with a supreme happiness of the vital parts taken up by the Spirit; there is an exaltation, excitement, a highest intensity of the joy of the heart and the pure inner soul-sensation, that can be a splendid passage or an uplifting force but it is not the ultimate permanent foundation.
But in the highest ascents of the spiritual bliss there is not the vehement exaltation and excitement; there is instead an illimitable intensity of participation (*yes - key word 'participation') in an eternal ecstasy which is founded on the eternal Existence and therefore on a beatific tranquility of eternal peace. Peace and Ecstasy cease to be different and become one."
